I developed a passion for cooking as a child and throughout the years have been fascinated with the flavors from around the globe. As I have prepared meals in own my kitchen, I am always fine-tuning and expanding recipes to create great dishes. We don't lose flavor in volume. We can prepare a meal for 3 or 500 and the flavor will stay the same.

As someone who has spent the better part of his life eating West African food, sometimes I struggle with entertaining my American friends when I host them since most of my food can be too spicy for most people. I started using Your Wish My Dish for all my catering needs over 2 years ago, and now I can not go 2 weeks without getting either an Italian Sausage Penney Pasta, Baked Turkey Wings over Rice, or any of the other platters offered. If fewer guests are confirmed on the final guest count confirmation date noted above, SRPC reserves the option to increase pricing up to 15 or 25%.
